Delivery and Returns

Items will generally be despatched the next working day and to your chosen delivery address. Expect receipt within 7 working days. (Work days exclude Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays.)

In circumstances where an item is out of stock we will contact you directly to notify you of any possible delay.

Please note that delivery timescales are estimated and may be subject to change.

All UK orders will be despatched via courier and will require a signature.

Acknowledgement and acceptance of your order

Once your order has been placed, we will acknowledge it via email which will state your order number.

Following this acknowledgment, if your order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you by email or telephone advising you of this.

If you require any information concerning your order please email us at quoting your order number.

Please note that we reserve the right to reject your offer of purchase at any time.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If the item(s) you ordered is/are damaged or faulty upon receipt, please inform us within 48 hours of receiving the item(s) for a replacement to be issued or full refund.

Please have your order number and details of the damage or fault to hand when informing us. Refunds will be credited to the payment method used to make the original purchase.

Customer Returns

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can return any item ordered within 14 days of the date payment was received.

Items must be returned unused, in perfect condition and in the original packaging.

Until you return items to us you are responsible for their safe keeping and for taking reasonable care of them. We do not accept liability for packages damaged during transit back to us. It is your responsibility to wrap items adequately to prevent damage. The customer is also responsible for the postage incurred when returning an item.

You are entitled to a refund within 30 days of returning your item.

Goods must be returned with proof of purchase (please complete and enclose the ‘Returns Sheet’ which will arrive within your delivery) by registered post only.

Please note: If your purchase of footwear is not suitable (e.g. wrong size) and you require an exchange, you will be invoiced £13 (per pair) via PayPal for the postage and packaging issuing you replacement pair(s).
